How long does shipping take?+
Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days after we check and pack them. Orders over $65 qualify for free US shipping.
How can I track my order?+
We share tracking information when it is available. If you need help finding an update, email us with your order number.
How do I request a return or refund?+
Email hello@contact.oopsielab.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos or other helpful evidence. We review each request with care.
What if my product arrives with a problem?+
Please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we can work with you on a refund, return, or replacement.
Are Oopsie Lab squishies handmade?+
Yes. Every tabasquishy is handmade from molds, so each one has its own small-batch character.
